Custom Cooler, Inc. utilizes state of the art manufacturing equipment and custom manufacturing processes to ensure that your walk-in is built to your specifications. Camlock panels are manufactured with CFC-free foamed-in-place polyurethane, while continuous line (CLP) panels utilize a closed-cell, Energy Star–qualified expanded polystyrene (EPS) core. Panel and door systems are engineered to meet current stringent energy regulations. These include minimum R-values (insulation values) for both coolers and freezers and the need for self-closing doors.
