We are the industry leader with over 100 years combined experience in custom design, engineering, manufacturing and installation of walk-in coolers, walk-in freezers and industrial cold storage applications.  Our modular panel systems are engineered and built to your exact specifications. We offer a variety of panel types and finishes to fit your particular needs. Custom Cooler can also provide you with refrigeration equipment to meet the requirements of your walk-in cooler and freezer enclosure project.
 
Custom Cooler, Inc. utilizes state of the art manufacturing equipment and custom manufacturing processes to ensure that your walk-in is built to your specifications. Camlock panels are manufactured with CFC-free foamed-in-place polyurethane, while continuous line (CLP) panels utilize a closed-cell, Energy Star–qualified expanded polystyrene (EPS) core. Panel and door systems are engineered to meet current stringent energy regulations.  These include minimum R-values (insulation values) for both coolers and freezers and the need for self-closing doors. Refrigeration equipment that Custom Cooler provides for you will meet the requirements set forth by the local state regulatory Commission.
 

CONTINUOUS LINE PANEL

CLP (continuous line panel) panels are a versatile insulated building panel used for a broad range of industrial, commercial and retail cold storage, food processing and controlled temperature applications. Whether it is for a walk-in cooler, walk-in freezer, meat storage, produce storage, floral storage, pharmaceutical storage, distribution center or cold storage warehouse, the CLP panel provides a customized solution.

CLP panels are thermally efficient, cost-effective, strong, light weight and easy to install using a “foam-to-foam, tongue and groove” joint. The panels are made to order, in a variety of thicknesses between two and ten inches and in lengths up to 45 feet, allowing for longer spans and lower installation costs.
